The tea ceremony will be conducted in the "Ryureishiki" style, in which participants sit on chairs instead of sitting on the floor.

About
Experience "Wabi-Sabi" with Mutsuki Yamamoto of Rindo, a brewery tea master, a Japan Tea Brewers Championship Winner at hands-on workshop with all five senses through Japanese tea.
We will learn how to brew one of the best gyokuro (a type of shaded green tea) produced in Uji, Kyoto, using a kyusu (Japanese teapot). In the second part, we will learn how to make and serve delicious matcha tea. You will actually touch a tea container, pour hot water into it, and brew the tea. In the last part, you will enjoy the tea just brewed by you with seasonal Wagashi(Japanese sweets).

Japan Tea Brewers Championship2022 Winner.After working as a waiter and sommelier at a restaurant in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, he later became a sommelier at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Hayama, Miura-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture.
