About

Experience "Wabi-Sabi" with Mutsuki Yamamoto of Rindo, a brewery tea master, a Japan Tea Brewers Championship Winner at hands-on workshop with all five senses through Japanese tea.

We will learn how to brew one of the best gyokuro (a type of shaded green tea) produced in Uji, Kyoto, using a kyusu (Japanese teapot). In the second part, we will learn how to make and serve delicious matcha tea. You will actually touch a tea container, pour hot water into it, and brew the tea. In the last part, you will enjoy the tea just brewed by you with seasonal Wagashi(Japanese sweets).
