Masahiro Sato (Tea Farm Producer)
Sato-san, a tea farmer in the Shizuoka region, is dedicated to preserving the tradition of Japanese tea farming in a time when this craft is rapidly disappearing. He cultivates tea in the remote mountains of Shizuoka, where the environment allows the tea to develop a unique richness and flavor. Sato-san is passionate about not only producing exceptional tea but also sharing the story and deep connection between tea and nature with visitors. On this tour, you’ll walk through the tea fields with Sato-san and enjoy freshly brewed tea while surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the mountains.
